1.5CupsGraham Cracker Crumbs160 grams
1StickSalted Butter (melted)113 grams
2CupsShredded Coconut (sweetened)140 grams
1CanSweetened Condensed Milk396 grams
2CupsChocolate Chips360 grams
1CupPeanut Butter270 grams
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with no-stick cooking spray.
Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 15-30 second intervals until melted.
Combine the graham cracker crumbs and salted butter in small bowl. Press into bottom of prepared pan.
Sprinkle shredded coconut on top of graham cracker base and pour sweetened condensed milk over coconut layer. Carefully spread if needed.
Bake for 20 minutes or until edges start to brown. Now, start preparing the chocolate peanut butter layer.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 15-30 second intervals until melted. Add peanut butter, and mix until combined.
Pour on top of hot, coconut layer and spread evenly. Cool for 15-20 minutes on a wire rack. Refrigerate 45 minutes or until chocolate is completely set.
Cut into bars and enjoy!
Cover and store at room temperature for a few days, or freeze and thaw to enjoy at a later date.
Notes
You can use milk, dark, or semi-sweet chocolate chips for this recipe. All will work, just depends on personal preference!
